Agents will pay a competitive monthly fee and minimal transactional fees, while also having the option to become a showing agent on the side, in addition to traditional real estate services.

If you are a licensed real estate sales representative, a member in good standing, and are interested in working close to home, we’d love to chat with you about becoming a showing agent!
Get hired to complete showings in your local neighbourhood. You get compensated for your time once the showing is complete, even if there is no deal closed. It’s a win-win, right?
How does it work?
We place a high value on showing agents who can act as hyper-localized experts in their neighbourhood. Your local knowledge allows you to provide in-depth, comprehensive neighbourhood information to clients, who would otherwise miss out on those local details with a generic agent.
What happens if your showing client ends up buying the property? Bonus! You’ll get extra compensation for your hard work at selling the property.
